Iskitimcement AO (the management company is Sibсem HC) continues to update its fleet. Doosan D30S-7 and Doosan D50SS-5 forklifts with a lifting capacity of three and five tons, respectively, were purchased for the Loading shop, according to the press service of SibCem HC.
The new transport is designed for loading and unloading operations. The purchased machines are already involved in the shipment of tarred cement. They will replace the equipment that has been outdated.
In the period from 2020 to 2021, Iskitimcement fleet was replenished with eight units of new equipment. The costs amounted to more than 25 million rubles.
AO Iskitimcement (the management company is Sibcem HC) is a system-forming plant in the Novosibirsk region. The plant's capacity is 2.1 million tons of cement per year. There are four technological lines, production is carried out according to the "wet" method. The raw material base is the Chernorechensk deposit of limestones and clay shales. Its uniqueness is due to the fact that the chemical composition of minerals fully meets the criteria for the suitability of raw materials for the manufacture of Portland cement of any type.
Currently, eight types of Portland cement are offered to consumers. 2020 marked the beginning of separated cement shipments.
