Saint-Gobain completed the sale of two sales companies in Spain: La Plataforma de La ConstruCtion - Bigmatgroup group and Discesur - Jorge Fernandez group together with Group Terrapilar. These two companies with 16 outlets and approximately 700 employees received revenue of about 140 million euros in 2020.
These transactions followed the sale of Sanigrif and Saniplast companies, which was announced in February 2021. They are part of the permanent Saint-Gobain strategy for portfolio optimization aimed at enhancing the position of the group.
