Philcement Corporation, a subsidiary of PHINMA Corporation (PHN), confirmed on January 16, 2026 the receipt of the remittance of the investment from Sumitomo Osaka Cement Co. Ltd. relating to the acquisition of 15 % of Philcement through the issuance of primary shares.
Philcement previously disclosed on September 16, 2025 the signing of a Share Subscription Agreement with Sumitomo Osaka Cement Co., Ltd., a cement manufacturing company from Japan.
