
The development of design and estimate documentation begins next year. There has been no report on the economic effect of modernization yet. The plant’s CEO Yevgeny Sysoev made it clear that the new production line will comply with international standards of environmental protection from emissions. As of now, technical inspections and adjustment of dust-removing equipment are ongoing. At a meeting with the management of Teploozersky enterprise, the governor of the Jewish Autonomous Oblast, Alexander Levinthal, promised regional support for the project.
Teploozersky Cement Plant, part of the Vostokcement holding, is the city-forming enterprise and one of the largest taxpayers in the region. Over nine months of 2019, the company paid more than 111 million rubles in taxes.
In 2019, Teploozersky Cement Plant became the leader in the growth of labor productivity among all enterprises in its region and entered the "Top 50: Leaders in Labor Productivity in the Building Materials Industry of Russia - 2019".
In August this year, Vostokcement reported on thecompletion of the modernization of the second technological line of the Spasskcement. A cyclone heat exchanger, a rotary kiln, a clinker cooler, and dust removal equipment were repaired. Lining work was also completed. Last year, the third cement production line launched at holding’s Yakutcement plant.
