The lists of products subject to mandatory certification and declaration of conformity updated

Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2425 of December 23, 2021 approved the updated unified list of products subject to mandatory certification and the unified list of products subject to declaration of conformity. The resolution comes into force on September 1, 2022 (with the exception of a number of paragraphs that come into force on other dates) and is valid until September 1, 2028.

The document will replace the current Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 982 of December 1, 2009. 

According to the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2425 of December 23, 2021, the products subject to mandatory certification include, in particular, cement and a number of construction products made of concrete and reinforced concrete. Dry mixes, mortars and concrete mixes are subject to declaration of conformity.
