During the III International Construction Championship Sergey Muzychenko and Konstantin Mikhailik, Deputy Ministers of construction, housing and utilities of the Russian Federation, held a meeting devoted to the issues of expanding cooperation between Russia and the countries of the Association of Southeast Asia (ASEAN) and Mongolia.
The meeting of the Russian-Mongolian Working Group on Construction and Housing and Municipal Services was chaired by Sergey Muzychenko, Deputy Minister of Construction and Urban Development of Russia, and Enkhtuvshinghin Zolboo, Deputy Minister of Construction and Urban Development of Mongolia.
At the bilateral meeting the results of experience exchange in the field of standard cost estimating and pricing in construction and areas of cooperation in the educational sphere were discussed. At the end of the event, a protocol was signed, confirming the countries' intentions to continue and deepen joint work. In particular, the issues of organizing training of Mongolian students on bachelor's and master's degree programs in specialized universities of Russia, as well as engaging Russian specialists to teach in the Mongolian professional education center will be worked out. Concluding the meeting, Sergey Muzychenko invited Mongolian representatives to take part in the International Construction Championship next year.
The issues of expanding cooperation between Russia and ASEAN countries in the field of urban digitalization and sustainable development were discussed at the conference "Smart Cities. Digital Space Russia-ASEAN", moderated by Konstantin Mikhailik, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation.
