Vice-Governor of Krasnodar Territory and General Director of ZAO NCZ "Gorny" signed an agreement on the construction of a cement plant

ZAO NCZ “Gorny” will build a cement plant in Novorossiysk with a capacity of 3.5 million tons of products per year. This agreement was signed at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum by the vice-governor of the Krasnodar Territory, Alexander Ruppel, and the general director of ZAO NCZ Gorny, Vitaly Vavilov. The plant will produce cement for general construction purposes and special cements for hydraulic structures, oil and gas wells. In the future, the products manufactured at the plant are planned to be exported to the countries of the western and eastern coasts of the Mediterranean Sea, as well as to the republics of the Caucasus, Turkey and Iran. The cost of the project is 22 billion rubles; within the framework of its implementation, it is planned to create 450 jobs.

The start of construction of the first stage of the plant is scheduled for the III quarter of 2021, the commissioning - in 2023. To date, a positive conclusion of the state examination for construction has been received, an access road and a railway entrance are being designed.
