All work has been completed within the framework of the project for the construction of a dry cement production line with capacity of 1.2 million tons of cement per year.
The permit for commissioning, issued to the plant by the administration of the municipality "Sengileyevsky District", provides for the industrial start-up of all construction projects that were presented in the design documentation. Full compliance of the plant with the norms of the legislation of the Russian Federation is confirmed by the conclusion of Rostechnadzor.
Sengileyevsky Cement Plant is equipped with a technological line for the production of cement in the most energy efficient and environmentally friendly dry method. The equipment and basic engineering of the plant were produced by the German concern KHD Humboldt Wedag International, one of the leading suppliers of the global cement industry. The commissioning of the equipment was carried out jointly with German specialists.
The company produces high-quality cements, as well as cements with mineral additives, which provide lower CO2 emissions and are recommended by international associations.
The plant can also offer the market targeted products designed for narrow-profile special-purpose segments. “Currently, the plant has begun work on the production of a pilot batch of white cement,” stated Sergey Marchenkov, Vice President of EUROCEMENT group for production.
Sengileevsky Cement Plant is one of the few cement production plants in Russia that has its own berth and supplies products by river transport.
