The results of the country wide award "Labor Productivity: Industry Leaders of Russia - 2021" have been summed up - two plants of the Vostokcement group of companies have entered the ratings. AO Spasskcement and AO Teploozersky Cement Plant were also awarded in several nominations.
At the end of 2020, Spasskcement and Teploozerskcement were the only ones in the Far East that entered the TOP-50 in the Leaders in Labor Productivity nomination.
Also, AO Spasskcement was noted in the nomination "Leaders in the growth of labor productivity of the year."
The nationwide industry awards are organized by the Production Management business portal and has been awarded annually since 2015.
In the course of the work, the expert group studied the data of more than five thousand Russian enterprises of the building materials industry in the Moscow, Leningrad, Ryazan, Kemerovo, Irkutsk, Chelyabinsk regions, Stavropol and Krasnodar regions, the republics of Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, North Ossetia-Alania as well as other subjects of the Federation.
To assess labor productivity indicators, experts studied rationality of the use of labor resources and the technologies used at the plant, as well as considered how much modern equipment it possesses.
It is worth noting that it is not the first time that the plants of the Vostokcement holding are included in the ratings of the Industry Leaders of Russia award ― in 2019, Spasskcement and Teploozerskcement were also noted by experts.
