The problems of technical regulation and pollution control in cement production. Part II. The use of the best available methods principle for environmenal control in cement manufacture

On the basis of a conducted study of the industrial safety and environmental control measures, proposals were developed for a draft of the Technical Regulations for the production of cement.
It is proposed to include into the Regulations draft the following:
uniform mandatory rates:
- for maximum permissible emissions from the dusting sources of a cement plant;
- for heavy metals content;
- for organic pollutants content.
