Burning tire chips

The article describes the use of a metallic apron extractor from French firm Walter Materials Handling supplying shredded tires for burning in the calciner at the Holcim Apasco plant in Hermosillo, Mexico. Also, the design of the storage facility with an automated orange bucket crane for storage and supplying of alternative fuel, now implemented at one of the plants in Russia, is reviewed.
