Staged reconstruction of gas cleaning plants

This paper describes the progress of the program to reduce dust emissions of the cement plant within the Polar Division of OAO MMC Norilsk Nickel. As part of the program, the outdated electrostatic precipitator was replaced by a modern bag filter, which significantly reduced emissions.
