Modernization of production at OAO Podolsky Cement

The joint implementation of facility modernization projects of Podolsky Cement, part of the CRH group, developed a strong partnership between it and the contractor - ABB (Switzerland). The paper describes the project to install electrical equipment and integrated control and automation system for the new dry method production line, implemented by ABB in collaboration with Podolsky Cement. The line was put into operation in 2011.
