Cementing of nitrate salt solutions and ion-exchange resins with alkali-activated slag binders.
The results of studies of the effect of nitrate salt solutions and ion-exchange resins simulating liquid radioactive waste from nuclear power plants on the setting time, compressive strength, hardening products and microstructure of cement compounds based on alkali-activated slag binders and nitrate salt solutions are presented. The efficiency of nitrate salt solutions curing, with the concentration of ion-exchange resins up to 700 g/l and the volume ratio in the compound up to 35%, with mineral matrices based on alkali-activated slag binders has been established.Author: N.R.
