Holcim reported 5.2 % organic net sales growth (7.9M CHF) and 11.5 % organic recurring EBIT growth (1.5M CHF) in the first half of 2026. Growth accelerated in the second quarter, with organic net sales increasing by 6.4 % and recurring EBIT by 13.1 %, prompting the company to upgrade its full-year guidance.

As a technology and sustainability leader in its sector, FDT will complement Holcim’s integrated roofing offer and strengthen the geographical footprint of the business. With this acquisition, Holcim roofing systems will exceed USD 4 billion in net sales ahead of schedule.
