The volume of investments in the project will amount to 470 million rubles. The complex is planned to be created with its own warehouse and logistics facilities.
On its basis, the production of ready-mixed concrete, building mortars, dry mixes and reinforced concrete products, as well as metal structures, will be organized. In addition, the project provides for the construction of a shopping center for the presentation and sale of finished products.
The project will create 53 new jobs. Construction is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2027 and be completed in the fourth quarter of 2033.
An order has already been signed for the project on the provision of state support measures for the implementation of a priority investment project of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The project is currently at the pre-investment stage.
