AO "Angarskcement" (managing company - AO "HC "Sibcem") continues to update its fleet of special equipment.
As part of the investment program, by the beginning of the "high" construction season, two loaders arrived at the Angarsk production site - front-end SDLG L968F and forklift HELI, which are used to swiftly move raw materials and other goods between divisions of the enterprise. A Shantui SD16 bulldozer was purchased for the Pereval quarry, the raw material base of the plant located in Slyudyanka.
A loader with a lifting capacity of 5 tons, with a bucket capacity of 3,5 м3, allows you to quickly carry out large volumes of work and transport massive objects. The machine is equipped with a 240 hp engine. The modern shock absorber system provides the vehicle with increased stability, and the electronic monitoring system makes it possible to track even minor malfunctions.
A 7-ton diesel forklift truck can be used to move heavy materials - to load palletized cement into vehicles in particular. The vehicle is capable of operating under intensive load and long-term continuous operation at an air temperature of -40 to +40 degrees. Thanks to the design features of the engine and the presence of special filters, the vehicle has a reduced level of exhaust gas toxicity.
The bulldozer is used at the Pass open pit for loading bulk products into open wagons and dumcars. In terms of technical characteristics, including dimensions, it surpasses the B-10 models available at the quarry.
The power of SD16 is 178 hp, and the environmental standard corresponds to "Euro-2". The fuel supply is organized using direct injection technology, a turbocharger and an additional cooler are involved. The model is equipped with multi-disc, spring-loaded wet-type side clutches, and the side clutch brake is equipped with a hydraulic booster and a floating band. On manual control, a hydraulic drive and a planetary mechanical transmission are involved, in which there are three speeds for forward and reverse. The organic tandem of the main transmission units of the SD 16 allows the operator to shift gears on the fly and select the optimal driving mode with a single control lever.
