Asia Cement introduced a new chat bot to clients

From March 2021, all customers of Asia Cement plant have been provided with a new chat bot in Telegram @AsiaCement_bot.

With help of chat bot, clients receive instant notifications:

• About change in the status of orders.

• About offloading of products at the factory.

• On the departure of vehicles from the plant with a link to a GPS for tracking on an online map.

• About the approach of vehicles to the point of unloading.

• About the arrival of wagons at the railway station for unloading.

• About drivers who are late for loading at self-pickup.

• Registers of shipments for the previous day.

• Daily reports on the status of mutual settlements.

The chat bot “Robot Asia Cement” in Telegram is integrated online with the corporate ERP system and works automatically. Clients can independently configure notifications for each contact person in their personal account on the my.asiacement.ru website.

Evgeny Berezin, CIO, stated: "Now customers can independently register in the Telegram chat bot using their phone number and receive instant notifications".

This is the second chat bot in Telegram, which is used daily by clients and partners of Asia Cement. From October 2020, drivers register their arrival for loading and receive notifications of new applications in the @DriverAsiaCement_bot chatbot.

In the near future, Asia Cement will launch a new chat bot for its carriers.
