The structure associated with the MR Group claims part of the assets of the EUROCEMENT group

"L2-Development" filed a petition with the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) for the purchase of assets of JSC "Eurobeton". L2-Development is owned by R-Holding LLC, 90% of which is controlled by ZPIF TF which in turn is managed by Veles Trust Management Company. R-Holding General Director Albert Chirikov previously headed “Tsarskaya Ploshchad Properti” LLC - the structure of the co-owner of the MR Group developer Roman Timokhin and owner of Labini Investments of Sistema bank, Alexey Bogachev. Chirikov also heads Vitek, which owns Rublevsky Park, the developer of the Moscow residential complex Seliger City MR Group.

Eurobeton (part of the EUROCEMENT group holding) produces and sells concrete, reinforced concrete products and nonmetallic materials. The total capacity of the company's enterprises is 10 million m3 per year, including 11 plants and 5 production bases in Moscow, Belgorod, Stary Oskol, Lipetsk, Yekaterinburg, Kstovo (Nizhny Novgorod region) and Fokino (Bryansk region).

Earlier, the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) extended the period for consideration of applications by 2 months for the purchase of EUROCEMENT group, Eurobeton and Rostopenergo Company.

MR Group is one of the largest developers in the Moscow region. The company's portfolio at the beginning of 2021 includes 43 objects with a total area of about 7 million m2 in Moscow, Moscow region and Sochi.
