Belarusian Cement Plant, part of Belarusian Cement Company, started using cement grinding intensifiers in production. This helped increase productivity and reduce production costs per ton of cement.
Due to an increase in the productivity of grinding mills and a decrease in the specific rate of energy consumption per ton of product, production costs decreased to BYR 85,000 in 2020. According to preliminary data, the productivity of cement mills increased by 20 %, and the specific power consumption in the production of a ton of cement decreased by 5 %.
Back in the first half of 2020, Belarusian Cement Plant began industrial tests to select effective intensifiers for cement grinding. They will help to obtain high-quality fast-setting material of appropriate quality with minimal energy consumption.
