July 2, Dyckerhoff Korkino Cement plant completed the legal procedure of becoming a subdivision of Buzzi’s SLK Cement. The reorganization of Russian assets of the international holding company Buzzi Unicem under a single brand of SLK Cement has now been completed.
SLK Cement became the rightful assignee of Dyckerhoff Korkino Cement. All employees were transferred to a new legal entity without loss of seniority.
“We are pleased to announce the completion of the reorganization of the company,” says Andrei Immoreev, General Director of SLK Cement. “Under the new brand, we continue to improve the production process, the quality and adaptability of customer service, the speed and effectiveness of administrative procedures.”
Buzzi Unicem officially announced the legal reorganization of its Russian enterprises in September 2019. Now SLK Cement comprises Sukholozhskcement, Korkino and Omsk subdivisions, along with the transport company TsemTrans. The Ural Federal District and the Omsk Region are the main market for the company.
