A subsidiary of EUROCEMENT group, Akhangarancement set up crushing plants at its new production line. Control over the operation of the crushing plants is automated and carried out from the production control center.
The new equipment will provide pre-crushing of limestone (jaw crusher) and fine crushing of limestone and forest (hammer crusher). The crushing plants are provided by one of the largest European equipment manufacturers.
The capacity of the crushing system will fully satisfy the needs of the old and new production lines at Akhangarancement.
Modern dedusting equipment has been installed at all crushing and transportation sites, as per Akhangarancement’s representatives.
The company's personnel currently undergo training, while the installation works and commissioning of the main and auxiliary equipment is underway at the new production line.
The new production line will raise Akhangarancement’s design capacity to 5 million tpa. The launch of the new line is tentatively scheduled for Q3 2020.
