In 2020, the enterprises of the Cementir Holding dispatched 10.71 million tons of cement to customers, which is 12.9 % more YoY. Ready-mix concrete dispatches amounted to 4.44 million m3 — up by 7.8 % YoY. Aggregate dispatches fell 1.8 % YoY, down to 9.53 million tons.
The holding's revenue increased by 1.1 % YoY, up to EUR 1.22 billion, while EBITDA remained at the 2019 level of EUR 263.7 million. The best indicator here belongs to the holding's enterprises in Turkey and Egypt, where the growth in sales revenue amounted to 10.9 % (EUR 141.83 million) and 21.2 % (EUR 43.36 million), respectively.
At the end of 2020, the group of companies reduced its debt obligations by 49 % compared to December 31, 2019, down to EUR 122.2 million.
