Federal Antimonopoly Service approves deal on the purchase of Eurobeton

The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has established that the transaction on the purchase of shares of Eurobeton (part of the EUROCEMENT group holding) by L2-Development will not lead to restriction of competition, namely, if there are no obstacles to this transaction.

According to FAS, the purchase will allow L2-Development to manage the entrepreneurial activities of a number of organizations that are part of the Eurobeton group of companies: OOO Eurobeton, OOO Volgostroy, OOO Stroyregion-trade EK, OOO Lobskoe-5, OOO Prom-Aktiv, OOO Rusonega, OOO Geoperspektiva, OOO Cement-Service MR and AO Spetsstroybeton ZhBI No. 17.

AO Eurobeton (part of the EUROCEMENT group holding) produces and sells concrete, reinforced concrete products and nonmetallic materials. The total capacity of the company's plants is 10 million m3 per year, including 11 plants and 5 production bases in Moscow, Belgorod, Stary Oskol, Lipetsk, Yekaterinburg, Kstovo (Nizhny Novgorod region) and Fokino (Bryansk region).
