Alexander Drozdenko, Governor of the Leningrad Region, signed resolution on September 1, 2021, No. 567 "On the Procedure for Changing the Essential Terms of Certain Government Contracts Concluded to Meet the Needs of the Leningrad Region in Connection with a Significant Increase in Prices for Construction Resources."
The introduction of changes assumes growth of no more than 30%. The main reason is the rise in prices for building materials as the scope of work must be maintained.
The decree adjusted funding for the construction work of socially significant objects, the construction contract for which was concluded before July 1, 2021.
