Heidelberg Materials announced that it has acquired assets of Concrete Crushers Inc. (CCI), the largest concrete recycling company in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
The transaction includes a recycled aggregates yard in Southeast Calgary and a contract crushing business with four mobile plants.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the financial terms of the transaction.
The recent acquisition is aligned with Heidelberg Materials’ disciplined pure-play strategy in the most attractive markets.
