HeidelbergCement summed up results of the first half of 2021 with top results in key figures. Revenue of the holding increased by 8 %, to 8.938 million euros. RCOBD (result of current operations excluding depreciation and amortization) increased by 23 % (to 1.720 million euros). Based on calculations performed without taking into account changes in volume of asset consolidation and foreign exchange rates, revenue increased by 11%, and RCOBD - by 26%.
The volume of cement sales in first half of 2021 increased by 10 %, to 61,8 Mt; aggregates sales volume increased by 8 %, to 145,0 Mt; while ready-mixed concrete sales volume – by 8 %, to 23,5 million m3.
