Chairman of the Government of the Chechen Republic Muslim Khuchiyev held a working meeting with the manager of Sberbank's Chechen branch, Ruslan Mizayev. The issue of crediting the II stage of upgrading the cement plant of AO Chechen-Cement was discussed.
Within the framework of the II stage it is planned to construct a dry cement production line with a capacity of 1 Mt of clinker per year, retrofit the raw materials department, construct a 15 km long conveyor from the raw materials deposit to the plant, an additional grinding shop, etc.
According to M. Khuchiyev, the implementation of the project will double the cement production at the factory from 615,000 tons to 1.3-1.5 Mt/year and create up to 150 new jobs. The revenue and tax payments to the budget will also grow.
During the meeting, the parties also talked about the collateral for this project. By July 16, 2021 the bank will complete the appraisal of the property presented.
