Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Uzbekistan is negotiating with the Kazakh Research and Design Institute of Construction and Architecture (AO KazNIISA) to develop a concept to improve the pricing system, News Agency Kazinform reported with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development.
The specialists of AO KazNIISA will develop for Uzbekistan a handbook "Unitary estimates of prices for construction and installation work of buildings". A comparative analysis of the pricing system in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan will be carried out, a methodology for the system of data collection on construction materials, services and equipment will be developed. Also a classifier of construction materials will be developed, which will be linked to the BIM-classifier.
