The planned upgrade of the vehicle fleet of one of the CEMROS plants started several years ago with a gradual transition to more modern models.
Thus, in 2023, as part of the fleet renewal, the company purchased vehicles worth about 121 million rubles.
In the second half of 2024, a motor grader and four dump trucks joined the ranks of the company's special-purpose vehicles. The all-wheel drive motor grader is a multi-purpose machine that performs the tasks of transporting and profiling soil. It successfully combines optimal performance, reliability and functionality. The weight of the grader is 16.1 tonnes. To develop the necessary tractive force the grader is equipped with a 220 hp engine. The main function of the machine at the company is levelling and clearing the roadbed in the Kochkushka quarry.
One of the dump trucks, in its turn, is designed for transporting large volumes of raw materials for dry cement production. This quarry dump truck is designed to work in harsh conditions and is able to withstand the most difficult and demanding tasks.
The other three dump trucks are designed for transporting rock mass in difficult mining conditions of deep quarries, in open pit mining in various climatic conditions of operation (at ambient air temperature from -50 to +50 degrees Celsius). Diesel engines with electronic control and central cooling system provide optimal specific power, uphill speed of the dump truck and fuel efficiency. A big advantage of these dump trucks is their agility.
