More than 100 kaizens were implemented in 2023, and the total economic effect amounted to more than 20 million rubles. Employees of the grinding shop for raw materials of wet process cement became leaders in terms of еру number of implemented improvements.
The improvements continue in 2024: chief mechanical engineer Vidyaev Sergey carried out a new project with economic effect of more than 200 thousand rubles per year. The engineer modernized the pump shaft design, changed the front cover for a different size gland, put the brackets back into operation, thus increasing the lifespan of the slurry pump 6FSh-7A, which allowed to avoid often repairs and high costs for components.
Increasing employee engagement in shop floor improvements leads to plant development and improved plant culture. With skill and ingenuity, plant employees increase equipment resources, working conditions and productivity.
