According to the Corporation for the Development of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, an investor is currently being searched for the development of the Khudoshinskoye low-magnesium limestone deposit and the construction of a cement plant in Pervomaisk city.
The reserves of C2 category low-magnesium substances suitable for the production of lime and cement in the deposit are estimated at 27.3 million m3, reserves of C2 dolomite suitable for the production of “400” grade crushed stone - at 11.2 million m3.
The territory of the Pervomaisk urban district is also rich with brick and refractory clay deposits, building sand and peat. The area of the proposed construction site of the plant is 364 hectares and has an option of connecting to a high-pressure gas pipeline and to a HV-1005 substation (10 kV).
