Plans are underway to create an Industrial Park on the basis of the Khabarovsk plant of building ceramics. This was announced by Sergei Grishin, director of the Center for Innovative Technologies of the City of Khabarovsk. According to him, this will allow to unite large manufacturers into a single industrial cluster and make the purchase cost of building materials cheaper. The expert also did not rule out that due to the activities of the park, the rate of rise in prices for housing in the Khabarovsk Territory will decrease.
There is an acute problem of providing the population with living space in the region, the cost of 1 m2 has grown significantly in 2020, the demand for new housing is not satisfied. After the start of the Far Eastern mortgage propgram, a construction paradox arose: primary housing became more expensive than secondary housing.
