By the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 30.06.2021 No. 1081, Regulation on federal state land control (supervision) was approved, replacing a similar document approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation on 02.01.2015.
Main features of the new Regulation are as follows:

the subject and object of land supervision are more clearly defined;

in addition, the frequency of scheduled control and supervision activities is indicated, taking into account the risk category;

a list of preventive measures carried out by the supervisory authority is provided.
