Precast concrete plant commissioned in Russia's Zabaykalsky Krai

A new precast concrete plant has been commissioned in Zabaykalsky Krai, Russia. The facility is designed to produce approximately 25,000m³ of reinforced concrete products per year.

The plant is fully equipped for large-scale production of ready-mix concrete and precast concrete products, featuring modern automated systems and waste-free manufacturing technologies.

The facility includes a modern concrete batching plant, an automated heat treatment system, a dust-free cement unloading system and a storage warehouse. The equipment enables the plant to supply up to 800m³ of concrete per shift throughout the year. Its production lines manufacture wall panels, road slabs, beams, columns and piles, while the reinforcement workshop is fully equipped and operational.

Zabaykalsky Krai Governor Alexander Osipov said that the region continues to attract new manufacturing projects. He also noted that the plant is a resident of a Territory of Advanced Development (TAD) and emphasized that government support measures for investment projects in the region will continue.
