Sibcem Holding produced approximately 1.8 Mt of cement across its five cement plants in the first half of 2026, down 19 % year-on-year.
The Topkinsky Cement Plant produced 662,500 t (-26 %), Iskitimcement 498,900 t (-6 %), Krasnoyarsk Cement 271,000 t (-12 %), Angarskcement 206,600 t (-38 %), and TimlyuyCement 168,400 t (-6 %).
During the reporting period, the company's Volna plant produced 2.7 million m² of chrysotile cement products (-25 %), while Sibirsky Beton shipped 85,400 m³ of ready-mix concrete and mortar (-28 %). Gornaya Company reduced production by 70% to 11,000 t.
According to Alexander Legotin, First Vice President of Sibcem Holding, cement consumption in Siberia declined by 11.5 % year-on-year to 2.5 Mt in January–June 2026. Despite the current seasonal increase in demand, the company expects the regional cement market to contract by 13–15 % by the end of 2026.
