A modern separator was installed at JSC Spasskcement (part of Vostokcement Group). Investment in the new equipment amounted to 350 million rubles.
"We renovated the cement mill No. 2 in two stages. Last year we replaced the shell, installed new equipment inside the mill, made new ball feed, replaced two filters - the mill filter and the separator filter," said Anton Sysoev, Deputy Manager for Production Development and Upgrading of Spasskcement JSC. - "This year we have completed the next stage: we have installed a new separator of the third generation with closed cycle equipment."
This technical solution allows to increase the mill productivity up to 10 percent and increase the fineness of cement grinding, which will provide optimization of strength characteristics and give new opportunities for production of special cements.
