Spasskcement has set a new production record ― by the end of 2021, the company produced 1 million 958 thousand tons of clinker. This is 20 thousand tons more than the record set by cement workers in 1988, and approx. 100 thousand tons more than the estimated capacity of the Novospassky cement plant (1 million 840 thousand tons).
According to the company, the high demands for construction materials pose new ambitious tasks for the plant to increase the volume of manufactured and shipped products. The equipment modernisation will contribute to this. The next step is to increase the productivity of the second technological line, in particular, replacement of the separator, the main drive of the kiln, the clinker cooler and other upgrades. All this will enable the company to step over the figure of two million tons of clinker produced per year.
