As part of the preparation process for the "high" construction season, the plant has carried out repairs of the main and auxiliary equipment, outdated machinery and equipment has been replaced.
In particular, new weighing batchers were installed at the 6th cement mill to stabilize the mill feed; the lining of the first chamber and the interchamber partition were replaced; new grinding media was loaded.
Lining of the first chamber was also replaced and new grinding bodies were loaded at the 8th cement mill.
Major overhaul of hammer crushers No. 2, 3, and 4 was carried out at the raw materials department, on which the rotor, armor plates and lining were replaced. The jaw crusher connecting rod has been revised.
