The volume of cement production in Kazakhstan in January-March 2021 increased by 18 %

In the first quarter of 2021, cement plants of the Republic of Kazakhstan produced 2,127 thousand tons of cement and 1,671 thousand tons of cement clinker, which is more by 17.6 and 11.4 % respectively than in January-March 2020.

The volume of ready-mixed concrete production in the first quarter of 2021 increased by 22.0 % compared to January-March 2020, to 4378 thousand tons, and prefabricated concrete building structures - by 3.0%, to 231 thousand tons.
