Timlyui Cement Plant is headed by a new Managing Director

From November 1^st, Alexander Volkov, who previously held the position of financial director of the plant, has been appointed as Managing Director of OOO TimlyuiCement (subsidiary of AO HC Sibcem).

“Alexander Nikolaevich is a highly qualified specialist with extensive experience in an industrial enterprise. We are convinced that under his leadership, OOO TimlyuiCement will continue its dynamic development, providing consumers with products of consistently high quality,” emphasizes Gennady Rasskazov, First Vice President of AO HC Sibcem.

Vladimir Klitschko, who previously headed the plant has retired.

Alexander Volkov was born in the village of Taezhny, Republic of Buryatia. Graduated from Tomsk State University with a degree in finance and credit. Upon completion of his studies, he worked in a large retail chain as an economist, and later was appointed deputy director for retail trade. He began his career at the plants of the Siberian Cement holding company in 2006 – at OOO Gornaya Kompaniya (subsidiary of AO HC Sibcem) as a chief economist, and in 2008 became a financial director. Since 2009 he has been working as the financial director of OOO TimlyuiCement.

“The new appointment will require concentration of all forces and knowledge, and I am ready for this. TimlyuiCement is a plant with a rich history and glorious traditions, I am glad to lead the flagship of the construction industry of the Republic of Buryatia. I am sure that together with the staff of the cement plant, we will cope with all the tasks set,” stated Alexander Volkov, Managing Director of OOO TimlyuiCement.
