Topkinskiy Cement plant, part of the Sibcem, entered the list of “100 best goods of Russia”. As a result of the competition, the plant was awarded for the production of five types of cement in the nomination "Products for industrial and technical purposes".
Four ordinary Portland cements (CEM I 42.5R, CEM I 42.5N, CEM II/A-S 32.5R, CEM II/B-S 32.5N) were highly appraised by the jury and received a gold merit badge. Among the products presented to the judgment of independent experts was also Portland cement CEM II/A-S 32.5R DO for the manufacture of concrete roads. This building material is characterized by fast setting and increased strength. The company launched its production before the start of the 2020 construction season. At the final stage of the All-Russian competition CEM II/ A-S 32.5R DO was awarded a diploma and a silver merit badge, and was also recognized as the "Novelty of the Year".
Enterprises included in the ‘top-hundred’ list receive the right to place the logo of the award program on their packaging and in accompanying documentation for the next two years.

Over the years, the company's products have become recognized not only in Siberia, but also abroad, primarily for the consistently high quality. We intend to continue to keep the bar high and produce cement that fully meets the requirements of our consumers,” said Alexey Ospelnikov, Managing Director of Topkinsky Cement LLC.
