Topkinsky cement plant acquired a new mining dump truck

BelAZ-7555V was put into operation at Topkinsky Cement plant (subsidiary of Sibcem).

The vehicle with a carrying capacity of 55 tons was purchased as part of the renovation of the plant's fleet of special equipment and is designed to transport limestone from the deposit to the transfer point.

The new mining dump truck, priced at 34.6 million rubles, is equipped with an automatic transmission and a powerful two-stage turbocharged engine. An on-board computer is installed in the cab, which continuously monitors the operation of all systems, including tire pressure and loading of the dump truck with rock mass, and two video control cameras provide the driver with a panoramic view, excluding "blind spots".

“Today, the company's quarry uses two types of dump trucks with a carrying capacity of 45 (BelAZ-7547) and 55 tons (BelAZ-7555V). In the summer, one machine can perform about 35 trips per shift, moving an average of 1,600 tons of rock mass,” stated Andrey Lebedev, Director of Mining at Topkinsky Cement.

Prior to the start of the “high” construction season-2021, the company received a Liebherr R980 SME excavator and a T-25.02 Chetra bulldozer. The costs of AO “HK “Sibcem” amounted to over 86.7 million rubles. The expansion of the mining equipment park of OOO Topkinsky Cement is associated with an increase in overburden and production volumes this year.
