The Interdepartmental Commission for International Trade of Ukraine has decided to apply final anti-dumping measures against imports to Ukraine of cement from Turkey. Depending on the producer, the level of duties varies from 32.6 % to 50.54 %. The measures have been introduced for a period of five years. The decision was adopted on September 2 and will take effect 30 days after publication, that is, on October 14. Earlier, Ukrainian cement producers expressed their discontent with the dumping issue.
