AO PO Yakutcement summed up results of the navigation season of 2021. Thanks to the warm autumn, this year the season lasted 153 days - from May 28th to October 27th.
During this time, the plant shipped over 218 thousand tons of products via river transport. Cement, crushed stone and clinker were delivered to the berths of Yakutsk, Lensk, Olekminsk, Peleduy, Nyurba and other settlements.
The plant has shipped about 40 thousand tons of cement, more than 60 thousand tons of clinker, about 85 thousand tons of crushed stone and crushing screenings.
According to AO PO Yakutcement, in addition to consumers from large cities of the republic, the plant's products were supplied along the river artery to contractors at the construction site of the Power of Siberia gas pipeline, for the needs of the diamond mining industry as well as other major construction sites. During navigation, the plant traditionally replenished stocks of raw materials required for the main production.
In winter, the plant will have to prepare for the new navigation season - current repair work will be carried out at the berths, plans underway to prepare a crane system of four portal cranes.
