Krasnoyarsk Cement (a subsidiary of Sibcem Holding) sums up the results of work for six months of 2023. In the period from January to June, the company produced 333.8 thou. tonnes of cement. Compared to last year, the production volume increased by 19 %.

On 13 June, Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan Laziz Kudratov held a meeting with the Chairman of the Board of China Energy Song Hailiang, during which they discussed the current state of the implementation of joint projects and prospects for further development of mutually beneficial cooperation. Holcim has acquired INDAR, a leading hardware wholesaler in Mexico with 2022 net sales of USD 71 million. With this acquisition, Holcim adds more than 10,600 additional hardware products to its range of solutions across its Disensa retail network. INDAR supplies hardware of over 80 leading brands, from roofing needs to tools and adhesives all the way to electrical and plumbing supplies. The acquisition includes INDAR’s nine distribution centers around the country, as well as its fulfillment center in Guadalajara.
