Al Jouf Cement announced the signing of a sale and supply agreement with Maham Construction and Contracting Limited Liability Company. The contract provides for the supply of various types of cement and clinker for export to the Syrian Arab Republic. The agreement was signed on June 29, 2026. Its value is SAR 55.4 million, and its term is one year from the date of signing.
Maham Construction and Contracting Limited Liability Company is part of Al Hassan Holding Group. According to the announcement, the group operates in industry, construction, trade and logistics.
Under the terms of the contract, Al Jouf Cement will sell and supply cement and clinker in accordance with the agreed commercial terms, technical specifications, delivery mechanisms and payment procedure.
The company expects the financial impact of the agreement to be reflected in its financial statements starting from the third quarter of 2026. There are no related parties to the transaction.
At the same time, Al Jouf Cement and Maham Construction and Contracting Limited Liability Company signed a memorandum of understanding on strategic cooperation and the exploration of investment and commercial opportunities. The document provides for the establishment of a general framework for cooperation, including potential partnerships, strategic alliances, industrial and logistics projects, supply chains and commercial distribution.
The company stated that, at the current stage, the memorandum has no direct or indirect financial impact and does not create binding contractual obligations for the parties. The company will announce any material developments or final agreements, if reached, in accordance with the established procedure.
