In Uzbekistan, large enterprises produced 6.5 million tons of cement in January–April 2026, the National Statistics Committee reported.
Compared to the corresponding period of last year, the production volume increased by almost 1.7 million tons. In January–April 2025, the figure amounted to 4.8 million tons.
Data for the last three years show steady growth in cement production in the country. In January–April 2024, large enterprises produced 4.5 million tons of cement, in the corresponding period of 2025 — 4.8 million tons, and in 2026 — 6.5 million tons.
Thus, over two years, the volume of cement production in January–April increased by 2 million tons. The most significant growth was recorded in 2026.
