TITAN Egypt inaugurated its new export silos at Alexandria plant. The ceremony was attended by Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade Mohamed Farid Saleh, Minister of Industry Khaled Hashem, Governor of Alexandria Ayman Attia, Ambassador of Greece to Egypt Nikolaos Papageorgiou, Marcel Cobuz, Chair of the TITAN Group Executive Committee, as well as government officials, partners and stakeholders.
According to the company, the strategic investment is aimed at strengthening Egypt’s industrial and export capabilities. The project is expected to reinforce TITAN Egypt’s ability to serve international markets and support the national vision of making Egypt a regional hub for production and exports.
During the ceremony, the company also celebrated the successful export of the first shipments of Egyptian-produced Type I/II cement to the U.S. market. TITAN Egypt called this an important milestone in its export journey.
