Chairman of the Government of the Chechen Republic Muslim Khuchiyev held a meeting on the preparation of an application for a budget loan.
"According to the disbursal plan of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Chechen Republic has a limit of RUB 5.2 billion. At present the Government of the republic is preparing an application for a budget loan for the investment project "Modernization of the cement plant of AO Chechen-Cement", – said M. Khuchiev.
